They will hire you if you apply.

Cons

While working at ATP I found the culture to be one of fear. It seemed like all the employees were afraid of a leader there, and for good reason. I worked at ATP a short time and was threatened by leadership several times. They would storm in to classes and shout profanities at students and clients. It was so normalized that the rest of the staff barely fluttered an eyelash when the door would slam or someone would get berated in an office.

Pros

Worked with great people and enjoyed being at the airport with instructors and students. Was treated pretty well by the company for training and expenses paid during training. Everyone was really, really nice.

Cons

Although they definitely tried to do their best training us, going back to my location I still felt woefully unable to handle my daily tasks and was given very little OTJ training. This was exacerbated by serious lack of communication and support from my direct manager.

Pros

Good flight hours and benefits to partner airlines

Cons

Does not pay well at all, some weeks you may not even be able to afford to buy groceries or pay rent. For all the money they make they will not pay a decent base pay. Used to give $1000 guaranteed per month before covid, now they have record admissions and wont bring it back.
