There is nothing positive about this company

Cons

- You make less than 25K a year and you are not offered any benefits. - No work/life balance. I worked 6-7 days a week and 8-13 hour days. - Instructors bully one another, lateral violence, popularity contest. - Micromanagment, management is very unprofessional. - Aircrafts are not safe, maintenance are unprofessional

Corporate office looks very nice

Cons

Employees are trained to nickel and dime students for everything while the company profits off them. Students are looked at as dollar signs and they care less if they are successful in the program. Don't waste your time or money- Very unprofessional environment.
