Horrible Company with Horrible Owner

Pros

None whatsoever. The instructors are treated poorly, the corporate staff is treated poorly, and the students suffer as well.

Cons

Absolutely terrible place to work, i would definitely recommend staying away. The owner Justin Dennis is an absolute horrible human being. The pay is horrendously low, even if you work at corporate and there is constant micro management and lack of support. The Owner Justin Dennis has no idea how to run a company and treats everyone as if they are slaves to him and have times I have witnessed behavior that is basically abusive to employees. Everyone is always on the chopping block and can be fired at any time, I am glad i left for a better company. Culture? None.

Pros

The concept of the program looks good on paper. 90-day program for student pilots to obtain all needed licenses. Great opportunity for flight instructors to get the necessary 1500 hours into their logbooks.

Cons

What you will experience is a program that is run in an unprofessional way, with instructors getting almost no pay and most having no real interest in teaching. Its a kettle farm and you are treated accordingly. Do not miss the clause in your contract that the school can terminate your enrollment without further justification, at any point.
