      Good package, decent sized clients, free cab facility

      Cons

      No job security - company can terminate you even during probation period while you're gaining KT citing performance issues No work-life balance - you're expected to stretch and any deviations are treated poorly Poor leave policy - no leave encashments, leaves from last year will lapse after 1st quarter. No WFH flexibility even on medical grounds, difficult clients that constantly micro-manage vendors and very less/negligible support from Atyeti management

      I am working with Atyeti from last 2 years , it is the best place to work for..because of the politics free work environment. The director is very cooperating so that people can easily maintain work life balance .She is more than a mentor rather than a boss...the higher management always welcomes out of box thoughts for the betterment of the company.....She always shares her valuable knowledge with the team.and taught us how to work within team and for the sake of the team......The higher management always gives equal opportunity to everyone to perform and always recognize good work......I am the best example for the same ...."Received best performer Award(Recruitment) in consecutive years 2016-17"

      India HR Head is DUMB. No proper policies. Policies will apply only to internal employees. Policies will change as per your relation with HR. Complete Waste of time
