      No job security, CS project gone - no other projects to fit

      You are only valued in the company till you are allocated to any project as you are earning money for the company

      Cons

      CS was their biggest client which is now left, now Contract has been ended for most of the people No other projects with matching skills No job security To fulfill your basic needs, you have to do job search outside within a tight timeframe

      they may throw you anytime and will ruin your career. since its small company, they make changes anytime and work as per their will and not with procedures.
