The managers have absolutely no idea what they’re doing, they never answer any questions or concerns and if they do it’s with a snarky attitude. They are constantly adding to your work load with the expectation you will get your full day work load completed along w the other tasks and they get really upset about over time. The titles department is scary bad. The people who work in that department are bullies and extremely cliquey they are constantly losing files and the managers are a joke. Honestly if the pay wasn’t what it was I would’ve rather spent that time picking up trash off the highway for minimum wage. Pay is good but disclosure: most the people that work there end up being miserable

Favoritism at its finest. The higher ups are a joke if your not buddy buddy with the Director you have to look over your shoulder and watch out for your job. They say you get unlimited PTO and that's a lie. They do not develop you in any way its a sink or swim environment. They do not care about you as a person you are just a number in their eyes. HR is a JOKE they will never have your back and play favorites as well. As an Ls.. well if you want to hate your life and have no free time and want to work in a frat house environment then this place is for you but if you don't here's what your like would be like -if you are also not buddy buddy with upper management you don't get the hand outs that the others get but yet they will expect you to preform at the same level at the top dogs. They Praise the top dogs like they are royalty but don't tell you about all the hand outs they get. You cant take time off unless you want to stress very second of your vacation about your pipeline and if you will make it through the month without getting fired and not to mention when you get back your life is HELL trying to make it through the next few months. One bad month will affect your pay for 2 more months.
