Pros

Honest, fair minded company. Attempts to always do the right thing. Is working hard to bring about some strong organizational changes to improve the processes within the company. Fair pay. Flexible.

Cons

Communication is not always lined up with actions and changes. General Managers have a lack of concern over the larger picture and greater good of the company, as long as their region or office does well. This is not good for the company as a whole. GM's should have to guide their office personnel to do what is right for the project (even if it is for another office), do what is right for the company even if it means having to adjust staffing to make a client happy, etc. Hopefully changes in bonus structures will improve this problem.

AVI-SPL is one of the leading technology companies and is always on the cutting edge of new business strategies. Their design engineers are top notch and they specialize in custom made, created to your need, systems.

Cons

The onboarding system is not the best. You have to be proactive and figure out best practices to make your job responsibilities efficient and effective.
