Decent health care coverage, great coworkers.

Cons

Management is disconnected from day to day needs/activities/duties of the teams. They show little to no appreciation and don't communicate very well at all. I would not recommend this company.

Pros

This company has been through a lot of positive changes in the 5 years I have been here! It's exciting to be part of a growing company who cares about their employees. The leadership team is very generous and there are several programs and benefits the company offers that show how they care such as the Employee Relief Fund.

Cons

There were some cons when I first started, but in the past 2-3 years, there have only been positive changes, and I can see this trend will continue!

Pros

They treat you rather well (at least to me) and care about the employees which is nice. So far there is been a fair amount of training courses available for folks to improve their skills.

Cons

Depending on your position, there is not a lot of advancement opportunities at this time. Most places I have worked at offered 3 weeks vacation, I only got 2 and had to work 5 years before getting 3 weeks.
