      Pros

      Great Training Opportunities, Autonomy to get on and do your job, flexibility in working in terms of hours and location. Great team all round from Executive Level down. The Cross-pound interaction between employees and willingness to share knowledge and help and assist one another is second to none I have encountered in my career and is only assisting in serving its customers to a high level.

      Pros

      Some of the best reasons are flexible hours, freedom, multiple resources.

      Cons

      Some of the cons are a lack of quality control on drawings, poor communication with some pm’s, engineers, AVI office to AVI office and job site inefficiencies.

      Pros

      Wonderful company culture. Comprised of qualified people who are a pleasure to work with. Best in Class structure of how the company is able to expand and scale in sales, service and the operations teams. Being the biggest is not what is important, being the best is what drives this company.

      Cons

      Any company growing at the rate that AVISPL is will have some snags along the way but the issues do get solved as they are identified.
