      Pros

      Structured environment, responsibility driven and consistent company policies with respect to fair and equal treatment of employees.

      Cons

      Employee training is slow and impacted. The company's "Silkroad" website is a great attempt at online training, but at the moment it is slightly insufficient and incomplete. It is growing and improving every day.

      Pros

      Every department I work with has the best pros in the industry. Not only do we have the best people in the business for the technology that we use and build, the supporting staff is equally proficient in what they do for the company. There is always room for advancement if that is your desire. My Management team above me are very easy to work with and have the right culture mentality of how to support the team.

      Cons

      PTO - use it or lose it (the only thing I can think of that bothers me). Times I can't use it all. When that happens, I donate.

      Pros

      Despite sounding like a total cliché, this has been the greatest place I have ever worked for countless reasons. I do not have any in particular.

      Cons

      Full transparency, I started here Jan 2, 2018, I have no negatives or cons to speak of. My time here has been nothing short of fantastic.
