      Training. This company is very pro-training.

      Cons

      Bad Benefits, Bad Pay, Bad Management, and they would rather hire people with little to no experience than promote from within. I have been with the company six years and have been passed over for promotion seven times and the people that were hired were way less qualified. Some of them didn't even have experience in the AV industry. I have gone as much as two years without even a cost of living raise. The benefits are the worst I have ever worked for.

      Have not seen promised benifits to customers. Temporary cuts to bennifits apear to be perminent...

      Pros

      Large size gives employees some good resources to work with. Training oportunities have been reletively good (last year is an understandable exception).

      Cons

      Customers have not really bennifited from the two companies merging. Prices are industry standard, oredering is still inefficient. Bennifits for employees are almost worthless.
