Decent pay, benefits, room for advancement, fleet card for gas/parking, company vehicles

Cons

Racism, sexism, antisemitism, homophobia, and transphobia from colleagues seems to go unchallenged despite there being company-wide policies to the contrary and glib posters that claim a diverse and inclusive workplace on the walls. Disorganized project management. High turnover with few exceptions.

Fantastic place to work in the companies early days. Fabulous former MD - James Shanks.

Cons

Poor business platform that didn't flow throughout the company. Had this been operating fully, it would have avoided other lengthy manual processes having to be used.

Pros

Greatest technicians and the best service department in all of Canada. This is a great place to gather yourself and improve your skills for a better job at a better organization.

Cons

No opportunities for advancement unless you're friends with the office personnel. Hiring seems to prefer external candidates over internal. When someone internal is considered the process is unorganized and confusing. Positions are promised then retracted at the last minute. There is a massive disconnect between the office and field staff.
