      This place was great until the merger!!

      Pros

      Plenty of training opportunities. Pending on what office you work in, there are plenty of opportunities to advance. For the most part, the people are nice.

      Cons

      Very low pay. Sense the merger they treat everyone as if they are just a number. Their benefits stink. They will not hesitate to come after you legally if you leave the company. For the most part, management is unwilling to listen to any suggestions.

      good work environment; mostly relaxed. hard working co-workers. no lack of work. stability of working for a larger company.

      Cons

      larger corporate structure lends itself to a bit of red tape/bureaucracy to get through. engineering can feel scattered because of work load.

      You absolutely get out of the experience here, what you put into it. Very fair place to work. Lots of opportunities.

      Growing pains. Correcting some past decisions, but well past the hard part.
