Pros

Easy work life, feel of accomplishment (because you have to do more than what was on your job description to cover for people who left / got fired).

Cons

Future is bleak. CEO is still reminiscing the success the company had, and trying to return to glory, but making poor decisions in business and HR. A lot of competition among high and mid management, morale is really low.

Pros

Stable and can truly plan and propose projects. Able to reach boss and decision maker.

Cons

Very traditional, needs a lot of overtime work even you don't have much work to do. System is always changing, the process of product planning (so called C process) is never the same as last time you went through it.
