Very friendly staff and treating others with respect. Team building. They worked hard to make sure each employee felt special.
Cons
AVerMedia has a lot of potential, but needs leaders that understand how other larger companies in the USA work. A lot of re-inventing the wheel. I was surprised to learn that they hadn't been using many procedures that larger corporations practiced. I feel as though they hired people with no experience, (most, not all) which made it difficult in the long run to train employees. It's as though everyone was constantly trying to learn to keep up. They needed a better mix of employees (experienced and newer graduates) and didn't consider much feedback from the employees. Everything kind of went in one ear and out the other. Management is very stubborn there and they were always RIGHT. They strive on having a great deal of Integrity, but I think a lot of the politics in the company made it hard to see the Integrity. A lot of pointing fingers and placing blame. No one ever wanted to fix anything. Never looked at the bigger picture. Issues were always, 'Let's just do this now and not worry about the consequences."
