Pros

The jobs aren't complicated - easy to focus on success Real opportunities for advancement. Good benefits. Decent pay.

Cons

You either have a great manager or a terrible one, the rest of the store follows suit. It's a lot of physical work and you will always be expected to fill gaps. Customers can be real pieces of work, especially with service or accounts. Lots of cleaning dirty appliances and furniture. Not for weak stomachs.

There's room for this company to grow

Pros

Since 2020, most positions are hybrid. Recent acquisition by IQventures will likely bring a change in management style. As previous decisions were likely driven by share-holder value, it will be interesting to see what private ownership brings to the table. There's room for this company to grow.

Cons

Changes and turn-over in HR and leadership have left this company repeatedly reinventing the wheel. Past benefit offerings have been lackluster in comparison to other companies in the same tier and industry. Pay raises and merit increases were not commensurate with cost of living, inflation, or performance. There's room for this company to grow.
