Pros

Potential for making good money is there if you know how to work the system. I had a good Regional Manager, but varies by region.

Cons

Non existent work life balance. Expectation that you are there 11+hours a day 5+ days a week. Held accountable for things out of your control. Store staff is under paid, but they won't adjust base hourly wages to current market wages. Health insurance benefits are extremely expensive. Focus so much on DEI they could care less about merit.
