Not what it used to be.

Pros

Corporate pay is good, but not int the stores. The best thing about Aaron's is the people. That's the only thing that kept me there longer than I should have been was the awesome people who work there.

Cons

Layoffs are constant at the corporate offices and happen once or twice a year. Meanwhile the stores and store operations are allowed to spend frivolously. Everyone is always on edge wondering if they will be cut next. You can go above and beyond and do work beyond your pay grade just to be let go and told you are a waste of the company's money. They promote a culture that does not exists.
