Pros

Incredible upward mobility for those that apply themselves. Managers have an uncapped salary potential. Top performers are recognized with all expense paid trips, cars, and a host of prizes throughout the year. Managers are promoted from within our hourly ranks. Aaron's provides the opportunity and the training to move to the next level.

Cons

For those that do not want to work retail hours this may not be the job for you. For those in retail, Aaron's is closed on Sunday, closes early on Saturdays, and latest hours on the week day are 9p.

Pros

They pay you in money.

Cons

They treat you like a robot. You're a expenditure, your conversations are listened to but there is no communication from management. Work/life balance in unacceptable compared to compensation.
