      Pros

      The benefits are good. The bonus structure is ok. The pay is well. The training is good. The advancement opportunities are good.

      Cons

      Poor managements, smelly furniture, some harsh work environments, some dangerous situations visiting customers homes at night alone, achieving bonuses are highly dependent on other people and not individual effort. Not a good work life balance with the amount of hours needed to work.

      Pros

      Good benefits, 401K, employee discounts, tuition reimbursement only for salaried employees. The Outlook of the company is pretty darn good, but management discourages employees playing an active role in the betterment of this company.

      Cons

      There is no diversity in upper management. Management has no respect or even common courtesy for employees and no desire to retain or develop its staff. First level managers possess absolutely no professionalism, no ethics and no conscience. The turnover is through the roof. HR has just as many issues and policy violations as the rest of the company so no need to complain to them.

      Pros

      Solid benefits package and a good company to gain experience with. But that's it, they have no problem being a stepping stone between you and the next big job.

      Cons

      They over work corporate employees and under pay them well below average. They treat the employees as if this is still a mom and pop shop when its a huge corporation now and needs to treat their employees as such.
