      Pros

      Aaron's provides benefits, which is great. They also provide a base salary with bonus opportunities.

      Cons

      You will never get a lunch hour. You will work a 50+ hour week and bring home less than $10 an hour after insurance and taxes. Bonus opportunities are near-unattainable. You will deal with the profane and the violent on a regular basis.

      Easy work, good employees, and pretty laid back atmosphere.

      Cons

      Manager at my store wasn't organized, but I'm sure its not the same at every store.

      Pros

      Down to earth people to work with in my experience. Hiring process is relatively quick. Good opportunity for those who do not have college education.

      Cons

      Horrible hours. Work weekends. have to use personal vehicle for field visits. Do nothing but call customers and field visit all day. Have to deal with low life customers all day long.
