no backing from management and upper management for abusive customers, can be very long hours, accounts are frustrating, you are expected to hit big goals and revenue but your hands are tied because the customers can steal items from the store and the company will not do anything about it but make you call them every day twice a day.

They say they want results by doing things according to policies but are quick to have you do otherwise if its not working in their favor. Can be mentally draining calling the same people over and over and trying to help the customer while they seem to be giving you the run around If management has been in place for a while they become lazy and take things personally
