Pros

Productive, fun, challenging day-to-day work atmosphere (within the single business unit), decent salary, and good benefits. Made good personal and professional connections.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations set by regional management led to constant stress and at times even a threatening and caustic work environment. General Managers and hourly employees were constantly working in fear of losing their job or being berated by regional and divisional managers

Pros

Co-workers become your family Base pay Employee purchase

Cons

If you work in nons dont ever expect to have a life. If you have children get used to kissing them bye in the morning and tuck them in at night. THATS THE EXTENT OF YOUR LIFE NOW! You get minimal training and are expected to harass customers several times a day by phone. You will harass their friends and family members too. Not to mention continually driving to their houses to try and collect money. DONT RETURN ANYTHING! What you learn this week will not be the way its done next week. Enjoy constant calls and or emails to tell you what you are not doing or need to do. You are treated like you are a child by upper mgt. Do not question ANYTHING remember they know it all you know nothing!

Pros

Good people in the lower echelon.

Cons

Unstable work environment. In my store we had six General Manager changes with three years, with turnover rates exceedingly high with the rest of the store management. Regional Manager changes three times in a eight month period. All this along with upper management attitude of "if I can bully you and you can take it you can advance here" mentality. Not to mention little to no regard for the low guys on the totem pole, the PT's and CSR's, overworked and underpaid and expected to fulfill the demands of their Regional no matter the cost in order to keep their jobs.
