Good Compensation and bonus structure for all positions in the company 45 hour work week allows you to make some good money Advancement is readily available due to High Turnover Extremely competitive environment

Cons

No matter how good you may be, your only as good as what your doing today. Once a manager, you will be expected to work ridiculous hours and there is always and excuse from upper level management as to why you cant take your day off. 65+ hours/6 days off on sunday

Cons

If you like 12 hour days, working overtime with no overtime paid, being thrown under the bus by upper management and not having your work appreciated, this is the perfect job for you. If you never want to see your family again for very little pay for a boss who has no loyalty, come on down.
