Pros

They have a good concept of what they want to do. Sky is limit on earning potential. Customers are like family at times. Never a dull day and never the same

Cons

Hours. Demand on u to meet goals every month. Different regional managers tell you to do it different ways then his boss may want a different thing. Won't back u up on much. Seem to stay short staffed cause hire food people on paper but they see job description is misleading. Hourly associates work their butts of and aren't really paid well.

Top performers move up fast. Good pay structure. Offer good benefits. Good sales training with focus on promoting within.

Cons

Expect to work 6 days per week as a General manager. Half of the business is collections and you will have to go to customers houses to collect. Very tough work.

Absolutely zilch zero nothing nadda

Cons

Everything - false promises, downright lies, and zero support. Worst job I have ever had. They force you to outright lie to customers and then complain when the customer comes back and blame you.
