Pros

Decent bonuses if you get them, national conference, franchise owner was great

Cons

The head office couldnt find their rear ends without GPS and both hands.

Pros

Variety in job duties, business location was on bus route close to the mall. Customers and staff were awesome.

Cons

Management is petty and treats both customers and staff poorly. Negative comments about both customers and staff members behind their backs. Racism, chauvinism, and other disrespectful behaviour are rampant and constant. As an example the owner suggested I engage in psychological warfare with our customers at our cash register. - Small staff - low health benefits - toxic environment - chemicals/bed bugs/fleas/lice/nicotine - few paired days off - low wage - safety issues
