it was a good living if you didnt mind the hours, long days, most weeks with no day off. it is a financially stable company.

Cons

long hours again 6 days a week mostly for 9-9. when brought up about taking vacation time off it was stated that short staff or numbers not in line for you to take time off. we went through 3 rm's in under 3 years due to incompetence, and the rm's fired 9 gm's in same time, no stability in upper management.

the discounts and benefits that aarons offers after just six months of being an employee...

Cons

management picks and chooses who they will advance in the company. If you are not part of their cirlce you might as well sit back and watch. they do not care how you make your goals so long as you make them in some cases this is ok but in most they are not. all in all i would never recomend this company to a friend or relative for a career.

Cons

Sub-standard pay scale management insensitive to workers management is arrogant toward workers frugile company for all except upper level management This company does not trust it's employees and they make it known that they are always being watched and monitored. There is a lot of office politics in this company
