Pros

All management under the GM is paid hourly with and you are garanteed over time every week. I think that it is a great way to provide products to consumers that have no credit. Some times it is busy but it can be laid back as well.

Cons

You started to hate people because you would get lied to so much. As a Customer Accounts Manager it was your job to go to customer's homes and get resolutions to their accounts if you could not get them on the phone. It was a grey area when it came to herassment of the customer who has not paid by their due date.

Pros

The company should be commended for their efforts to help the less fortunate. Helping people own furniture, electronics and appliances on low income with no credit check is good. Reporting to credit bureau on payout is cool. Benefits ok. MY manager is amazing. People I work with are cool.

Cons

Long list! We try to help people with bad/no credit and people try to take advantage. Harassing people is not the business I want to be in. I understand the necessity but calling people up to 5 times a day and going to their houses to collect money or merchandise is unsavory and scary! The hours SUCK! 8am-9pm almost every day! Regional management harasses managers daily even when we are on goals and do not give credit where credit is due. Also I am suppose to be a manager in training and all I have done is accounts for the past year. I feel inexperienced on the sales floor because I have no time to learn anything! I do not ever want to be a GM here!
