Customer base, Collections as an MT/CAM SUCK! Hours are sometimes pretty brutal, 13 hour days etc. My Regional Management staff is horrible, micromanaging, just learned something you knew for years and want to make sure to tell you to do it kinda people.

no backing from management and upper management for abusive customers, can be very long hours, accounts are frustrating, you are expected to hit big goals and revenue but your hands are tied because the customers can steal items from the store and the company will not do anything about it but make you call them every day twice a day.
