Good people to work with and lots of hours. Everyone always got along well and works great together everyday! Good to be there

Cons

Good for people who are passionate about furniture, but not for people who are not so much. Not everyone's cup of tea

your day will never be the same as the last. different challenges every day ,very flexible (as long as you have staff) lots of opportunities to brush up on you sales/customer service skills ,collections and if our having a bad day you can always hang out in the back wrap clean and load furniture

Cons

i wouldn't suggest going with a franchise - less support - higher chance of lay off
