      Pros

      Very good work environment and a solidly financial company. They are a leader in the industry and have a much better reputation than any other rent/lease companies out there.

      Cons

      Unfortunately sometimes choices and hiring decisions that are made on management above the store level are misguided because they play favorites or the person at the regional level has done actions in the past that were covered up and not brought to the attention of senior leadership.

      Pros

      hours are good, the base pay is good, the bonus structure was good at the beginning and got to be less, the break time was good and time off was flexible.

      Cons

      The only con was the restrictive dress code and the restructuring of the bonuses after we increased collection so much we were receiving so much bonus that they cut our bonuses.
