Pros

The store level employees are great. After working for the company for a decade, I feel I can say that with confidence. The benefits are also good.

Cons

Upper Management is out of touch with what is happening on the ground in stores. They constantly berate the employees for not performing. It is difficult to perform, when every week, it seems like; they are having some sort of "no money down" or "$1 gets you started" sale. Oh yeah, let me not forget to mention that the pay is terrible and they make managers work crazy hours with little regard for the fact that we have lives outside of work. Some of us actually have families that we would like to see for more than 10 minutes a night.

New management cut hours to the point all the good people left and they got rid of 90% of the experienced management rto people and are toying with centralized collections and Take away all your tools to get the customer to pay. They haven’t thought it through the top VPS are puppets for the head guys who don’t know wtf they are doing as far as changes go They micro manage everyone to the point all the great people are gone or planning on leaving

Store of the Future is gonna make you work like a slave. Get ready for the new and improved micro managed, staffless, long hours, Sunday and Holiday working, terrible bosses that everyone protects, underpaid, bedbug/roach infested, STORE OF THE FUTURE! Whoo Hoo
