Business Outlook
Pros
-I've worked with the 3 same individual's since i started . -Great Team between the 3 of us. -Health Insurance is reasonably inexpensive.
Cons
-Company preaches integrity, but has none. -You don't make that much money unless your a GM. -If your a Female GM , you'll see more than often a lot of broken promises for better pay and better opportunities. - A lot of staffing issues, Lack of , no one wants to put up with what we have to deal with on a day to day basis. -Your just a number and a body too them, no longer care about you on a personal level. -When a store is struggling , higher up's do very little too help. (sink or swim) - They do not value long term employee's that have stuck through the years.
