An optimistic future

Pros

The executives do seem to take the employees opinions into their decision making. Great entry level job Good resume builder. They seem to be doing well for themselves in recent times and the situation looks to have improved. Easy commute for students.

Cons

The schedule can be a mess There seems to be a disconnect from the executives and the lower level employees. Pay is on the lower end. When I was there, there was a lot of murmuring and complaining from the lower level employees.

Pros

As the company grows, they make sure to do what they can to improve the quality of life for the employees. The employees are all great and fun people to work with. If you want to grow, you have the chance to prove yourself and actually be seen. There are a lot of opportunities to learn different aspects of cybersecurity, compliance, and business. The company has been going in a positive direction.

Cons

Previous issues in the past years have rubbed off the wrong way on some employees, but the company has been doing a good job of addressing those issues, especially this past year. Pay is a bit on the lower end, but this is currently being addressed.

Pros

The people there are fun to work with, you will find satisfaction in getting hired and learning the ropes to become an analyst, getting a foothold into the field and getting some experience under your belt.

Cons

There were some issues, I had brought them up and they were rectified. You may want to complain, but you should have at least one remediation in mind when you bring it up, otherwise you are just whining. Compensation is well known to be well below the area/ field standards. This can be said also of benefits, BUT it is the price to pay to get into the field. Still no regrets.
