Growth opportunities are strong - the company brings on very capable people and develops the staff through a structure training program. Most of the staff works hard, promotions and special assignments are earned, not based on seniority like other companies. The management team is big on process and planning, they are very organized and work long hours. The staff is intelligent compared to other places I've worked, and the company is growing. There is a very positive work environment and the offices are professional.
