Pros

Every employee is not only skilled in their specific role and demonstrates a strong work ethic, but everyone here is driven to contribute to the greater good of their peers and all departments. There is a recognized passion at all levels for growing the organization and achieving benchmarks. Self-accountability is a cornerstone, and every team member realizes the importance of their contribution. I feel inspired to want to do and give more. Many of my colleagues have career pathed from one department to another with leadership blessing the growth.

Cons

Though not a con for me, you will need to arrive with a drive to achieve and an ability to demonstrate your contribution. Each person and role are important to the forward momentum of the company.

Pros

Nothing. It’s a terrible company

Cons

They don’t care about you at all. Be prepared to be fired or let go at any point in time. They have no empathy for you and are more worried about how they look to others more than anything else. Also, it’s VERY underpaid. Cybersecurity analysts should be making at least 70,000 a year, not 30,000. Know your worth than to work at this garbage company.
