Helpful management and support staff. Always someone to assist with challenging jobs. Diverse working environments. Ability to relocate to other areas. Free company vehicle all expenses paid.

Cons

With the small summer season. Most are hired seasonal contract work. Long and sometimes late night work (alot like a plant shutdown).

- Flexibility with your work and personal life - Meeting new and different type of people - Paid Vacations - Able to use more advance technology than the other companies out there - Helping clients to get rid of pests.

Cons

- Employee turnover - Lack of vacation coverage - Having to service two routes when someone quits - Communication between us and managers - Not having proper access to supplies - No over time pay when you work weekends - Management will not also back you up when needed.
