Control your income, great benefits (RRSP contribution matching program), job security, no cost to working at Abell (tools, uniform and vehicle provided). I have worked at Abell Pest Control for 15 years now and feel that the way I have been treated by the company has a great deal to do with that. I have been encouraged by management and peers to better myself in all aspects. Great team, great place to be!!

Job security, All necessary tools are provided (uniform, work boots, truck, equipment, supplies, etc), flexible hours, freedom, trust, great benefits and control over the income.

Cons

Sales quotas are the same for every city. Sales quota should be based on the sizes of each city.

Abell Pest Control has allowed me to grow and expand my experience in the industry. I have 23 years in the industry but have enjoyed the last 10 years the most. Abell creates a team environment for employees to succeed. At Abell Pest Control we build relationships with our customers to provided the best possible service available. I have found opportunity for advancement in the company. Abell rewards and promotes efforts.

Cons

My only con is that I did not join the Abell team sooner. Abell Pest Control is a company with integrity.
