Great base pay, Commission and incentives, company vehicle, gas card, fleet maintenance, benefits, pension. on going education (supplied by company), What can I say I have been working here for 5 years and I love going to work everyday. the management wants me to succeed and makes sure I have all the tools to do that. there is a reason abell has been around for over 90 years and its not cause they treat us like crap. they stand behind their employees and want us to stay with them. most negative reviews are from people who want everything given to them and don't want to work for it.

I have worked with Abell Pest Control for 17 years. My original plan was to work with the company for a year then go back to school. One year turned in to 2 years and here I am moved up from a service technician into a management position. Abell offers competitive Salaries in the industry, at the top. They offer a great bonus and incentive structure where anyone in the company can make a great living. You have the freedom to run your own service route and in some sense of the word be your own boss. I have friends that have become employee's and recommend to anyone to join. Abell provides employee's with extensive benefits and RSP matching plan. Most important Abell provides a platform to have opportunities to move up into management as i have been blessed with. I never saw myself becoming a manager as i loved being out in the field working but with my hard work i was rewarded with a position after applying.
