Pros
Extremely stable - in this market, there's something to be said about steady hiring, raises and bonuses for the past 2 years while most others have been laying off. They attempt to keep up on latest interactive trends although pharma clients tend not to want to pay for that kind of work. Overall, they turn out fantastic work and keep winning award after award. Laid back work environment, 7 hour work days and all the free snacks you can eat and drink.
Cons
Like other reviewers have said - sometimes there's no rhyme or reason to promotions other than timing. Account side promotions way more prominent than interactive side. Some executives been there so long they won't be fired no matter how bad a job they continue to do. The "we're a great place to work" mantra doesn't quite make up for the lower-than-average salaries they tend to pay.
