Leadership needs a lot of improvement in caring about the employees. Making the “right” decision doesn’t seem to come easily to them.

Wonderful place to work with exceptional management and creative teams. Benefits are great with unlimited FTO with slight restrictions on how many days you request consecutively. 401K & HSA company match.

Cons

Work life balance can can be very exhausting. Some work days could last 13 hours pending on which client you have
