Pros

Teammates were highly skilled and motivated, and cared about building a good product. - Product itself seems great (customers all love it, it's ahead of the competition) and company is likely to go very far - It's a great place to work if you're really into cybersecurity. But if you're primarily into the engineering infrastructure/ML and are not interesting in cybersecurity, this might not be the best place.

Cons

- Poor work life balance (Very noisy on-call rotation, often would have to have slack convos about work on the weekends/evenings) - Engineers spend a lot of time putting out fires, talking to customers, and other non-IC work. Often had to explain to a sales engineer/account executive what to explain to the customer. - Very corporate culture (might be a pro to some). Lots of buzzwords, meetings for meetings' sake, etc.

Hey there, While we're disappointed that you didn't have a good experience here, we appreciate the feedback. Our company culture is extremely customer-obsessed, and it can be challenging to strike the right balance. We’re sorry we didn’t get it right this time, and we’re committed to taking actionable steps to improve going forward.

Pros

Incredible amount of marketing materials, training regime is well developed, product has varying degrees of efficacy, More manual tuning then they would like to admit. Original reps continue to dominate leaderboard

Cons

All reps have same quota despite massively different territories. 50% of Sales including all segments are below 20% quota attainment. Intense pressure and micromanaging. Feedback is top down anything other then a "agreement" is punished severely. Impossible to meet quotas for the majority of the sales team. After 2 years only 1 out 8 left from hiring group. Lot of promises are made to make role look enticing but the reality is bait and switch.
