I've seen it firsthand and heard it from employees themselves – they would rather work overtime than attend their own children’s important milestones and advancements.
This is not a company that values work-life balance; it’s a toxic environment that disregards the well-being of its employees. The way they treat their staff is nothing short of awful. It’s honestly a tragedy to see such dedication to a job that comes at the expense of family and personal happiness.
I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values their time, health, or family. It’s a deeply troubling situation.
