Pros

There is good health insurance

Cons

Micro management to extremes that cannot be described in words. Ask about it! Zero SDR/BDR support for MM AEs with unrealistic quotas given the average deal sizes. No work-life balance and PIPs all over the place designed to allow them to fire “for cause” as they please. Probably half the organization has been PIP’d and is lined up to be fired as a next step. Colleagues disappear regularly, then are maligned by management. Culture is non existent.

Pros

The everyday people that make things happen are incredible. The teams are close-knit and everyone pitches in to help out when things get crazy.

Cons

Leadership is not open and honest about challenges in the company, leaders lack clear vision, and do not respect the processes put in place by their team. Constant "emergencies" pop up, requiring all processes be bypassed, causing chaos across the organization.

Not What You Think It Is...

Pros

Smart, hardworking group of people.

Cons

This job doesn't involve any actual data analysis or programming. It mostly just involves scanning hundreds of emails and marking them according to company guidelines. Also, the data analysis team is often overlooked and disregarded when it comes to recommendations for how to improve processes, even though it's essential to the company. You don't get paid for overtime even though you don't do specialized work. Management is weak, disorganized and willfully ignorant and or dismissive of basic labor regulations.
