Great technology, bad leadership

Pros

The technology is awesome and does great things. There are some awesome people who work there.

Cons

Nothing that hasn't already been said. They over hired in sales and instead of leadership taking ownership they cut or push out sales reps. Favoritism and micromanagement run rampant in the organization, everyone knows it but they turn a blind eye or in some cases encourage it. Sales leadership needs a complete overhaul otherwise, great people will continue to leave. Great tech being destroyed by bad leadership who seem only to care about appeasing investors and being the "fastest growing technology company" no matter the cost. That is why products are being released half baked and "hit the number at all cost" is the motto. They need to make changes quick before a great company is completely lost.

Thanks so much for leaving an honest review—we truly value your feedback. We’re committed to creating an environment where our employees can thrive, and we know that can’t happen without effective, well-trained managers and leaders to guide them. We are working hard to create a manager enablement program that addresses these issues.

Pros

Some really good people who work hard. some good work perks and PTO Insurance packages are good.

Cons

-Incredibly dishonest/unethical all the way up to c-suite. -Constantly making promises and reneging them, huge problems with raises and promotions issues dating back to last year. -Poor upper and middle management leading to terrible micromanagement (CTO - having to see and validate/approve work on bug tickets).

Pros

I worked as a security analyst so it only applies to that dept: Good coworkers: Everyone is super helpful and willing to help with anything. (with the exception of management) good schedule: Hours are good, and it was easy to get sick days or vacation off decent pay: I would say it was decent pay for the most part

Cons

Management was incompetent: I worked weekends and I always had a hard time finding enough work to do. Because of this I would often get criticized for lack of productivity, even after asking for work to do. -Managment do NOT communicate: Through my almost year of working there, management was always unclear on expectations, or how to achieve said expectations. -Managment would throw anyone under the bus at any chance given, I found they were often looking for people's mistakes, they do not know how to help. -Management would almost seem to punish -people who were in harder situations, (me for example they didn't approve of vacation time due to "unmet expectations" Unsecure job: Lasty people would often be let go or often look for new jobs while working here. Work was boring and taxing
