      A lot of amazing people doing great work here, tackling a very important issue in cybersecurity and technology

      Great people, great product, great leadership but operational growing pains

      I feel strongly that Abnormal has one of the best overall teams and the CEO/CTO cofounders are exceptional leaders

      Cons

      There have been some growing pains particularly on the People/Finance team. Poor communication, bad process for ascertaining and budgeting headcount, bad documentation of core operational processes.
