The leaders are transparent, hands-on, and always willing to lend time when needed. The work is rewarding as you get to see the direct impact to the company and our customers.
Cons
At Abnormal Security you will learn more in one year than you will learn in 5 years at many other organizations. It is very fast paced, and the workload never stops. You will be expected to wear many hats so if you are looking for a company/role with a slower pace this is definitely not for you.
