A lot of people who care about the problem that they are solving and willing to help each other to grow. I am surrounded by some of the most intelligent and humble people I’ve met yet who are passionate about making an impact.

Cons

It’s a startup environment, so it is important to be able to work independently to a certain extent and be a self starter

Not necessarily a con but some people will not enjoy the level of intellectual honesty, feedback and criticism that is common here, people will let you know you're doing a bad job or that they expect more. On the same page individual excellence is publicly acknowledged and rewarded (with praise & financially) Just know what you're signing up for
