Pros

Communication between employees and managers is constantly clear and precise. The company is transparent with employees and constantly seek feedback. Management Recognize good and hardworking employees and always provide support when needed. Long serving employees with knowledge and experience are always there to provide help to newcomers. AND The only company I've ever worked with that offers Unlimited Paid vacations. WHAAAAT!! and many more great benefits.

Cons

Some seasons are busy that you have to work more hours in the day or sometimes few hours in the weekends but it all pays off when you 're offered to take unlimited paid vacations in the slow seasons.

Pros

New ownership and management have a clear path as to where we are going. Improvement in internal and external tools has been a big asset for employees and customers. Latest feedback from clients has been positive on customer service and technical reliability. Ryder Cup partnership and PGA of America have brought many great assets to aboutGOLF.

Cons

With the new ownership and direction aG is heading there are no "cons" at this point.

Some of my peers are awesome

Cons

Very political environment with no diversity. It was hard to be part of the team this last year as we hired several talented people and then everyone who was in a position to help move the company forward was laid off. I enjoy the people I work with but aboutgolf has a lot of serious issues with customer support and instead of putting resources towards that, we are putting money into new DIY simulators and a mobile app that no one will ever use. Leadership is very 2 faced and lacks the ability to have a direct conversation with employees or provide feedback... or appreciation.
