Pros
-quarterly reinforcement shops for keeping up with supervision logs -more good BCBAs than bad -Specific support staff are easy to reach with concerns -they do train new hires and pay for their testing, although I believe this is standard across many companies
Cons
-often go a month or more before being assigned new clients -in home support is lacking upper management support or supply support (PECS, flashcards, reinforcers, etc) -lowered starting pay recently -does not reimburse for gas or mileage -lowered 401k match contributions for all employees -always advertising hiring for clinic spots but won’t allow in homes to transition, even if told they could. -Too many fully online BCBAs, affecting quality of care able to be provided -I believe they also recently stopped covering CEUs -doesn’t guarantee pay
